Pretty Spring Dresses: Judith March

I am in love with Judith March dresses! They are not only pretty and feminine, but also different from a lot of what else is out there! I'm particularly lusting after this lovely dress. I love everything about it - the slight sweetheart neckline, the gorgeous color, and of course the adorable bow!

I love the combination of orange and navy in this dress.

This dress is so different, yet so pretty. I love the style of the halter - it looks like it would be very flattering!

The little bird print on this dress is so cute!

I LOVE the big dramatic bow on this dress. This could be adorable for a summer wedding.

Another gorgeous color and beautiful embroidery.

Bamboo Pink Jewelry!

A lot of other bloggers have been talking about Bamboopink and I thought it would be fun to sign up too! I've been interested in selling jewelry to earn a lil' extra shopping money for awhile now and this sounds like a great opportunity!

Join what is expected to be the fastest growing women’s internet start-up company in history with Bamboopink.

Bamboopink is a new fashionable, yet affordable jewelry line made and designed by a famous, high-end designer whose current line is sold in upscale department stores, is all over the red carpet and worn by Oprah! This company is the first of its kind, an internet launched company with virtual trunk shows…there are no parties to host and no phone calls to make.

Sign-ups are free, with no risks or obligations. The free signing period is only for 30 days (through March 15), after that you will have to pay to be a consultant.

What sets this company apart from other direct sales companies:

* GROUND FLOOR opportunity (probably won’t ever happen to you again!)

* Strongest comp plan in the industry

* Very successful “designer” multi-million dollar jeweler making/backing this jewelry, so sure to be successful

* Instead of growing one sales rep at a time, this business model using the free sign-up period – we can grow fifty sales reps at a time – but the time to do that is NOW!

This company is going to explode in a few weeks with a national press release and official launch. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. So be one of the first to sign up!

Then you can do the same as me and get credit for signing up your friends, which is what we are compensated for with jewelry, cash and/or an ipad. It is not about selling the jewelry at this point, but networking and creating interest. If you decide not to sell, you have lost nothing and your name is dropped from the list.
It’s simple to sign up, go to my site:

https://www.bamboopink.net/sarahd

Copy this email (text and picture) into a new message and replace my webpage link with your webpage link and send it to your friends. You could win some awesome prizes and you could be building a fabulous network for yourself very quickly. We'll watch this company grow and build together and have fun earning jewelry and other great prizes along the way!

Shoe Clips

I remember having shoe clips as a little girl and loving them. My mom fastened them to pairs of black patent leather shoes to jazz them up a little. I used to put them in my doll's hair too - OK, I tried putting them in mine too and I remember it getting tangled and hurting like hell. I've been seeing some online lately and these are even cuter than mine were. They are perfect for special occasions like weddings!

Martha Stewart also has a tutorial on how to make these adorable fabric flower shoe clips.

Have you ever worn shoe clips?

Red Velvet Giveaway!

In celebration of 100 followers, I'm having a giveaway! I was thinking about what to give away and started thinking about Valentine's Day... which of course led me to think about dessert... which led me to my favorite dessert - red velvet cupcakes!

I love red velvet cake and would totally have it as my wedding cake if my fiance didn't vehemently disagree (we'll see who wins that one!).

I also love the red velvet whoopie pie mix from Stonewall Kitchen - described as "a New England speciality made with a southern twist." Of course, I had to try the mix and it is DELICIOUS and easy to make! So I'm giving away a box of the Red Velvet Whoopie Pie Mix!
But that is not all! I also recently discovered (and recently fell in L-O-V-E with) Sara Happ's lip scrub and learned that she has a Red Velvet Lip Scrub. It smells absolutely divine and makes your lips super soft!

And I will also throw in some other surprise treats!
How to enter:
1 entry - Become a living well follower! {mandatory}
1 entry - Tell me something you'd like to see on living well in the future!
2 entries - Post about this giveaway on your blog and link back to me.
Want another entry? You'll get one for everyone who says you referred them!
I'll pick a winner on February 21!
And most importantly, a big thank you for following and reading! When I started this, I didn't think I'd have 1 reader, much less 100. I'm so happy to have gotten to know so many of you!!!
xoxo

Waitin' on a Sunny Day

I'm feeling a little blue tonight... there is just SO much snow here and more on the way. I haven't been able to see my fiance today because of it and that's making me feel bluer. And work has been stressful and I'm just tired of it. Maybe it's a little bit of the regular ol' winter blues too. When I feel low, I try to do some little things to cheer myself up.

Paint my nails...

Have a cup of tea in a real tea cup and saucer....

Calling up a friend for some girl talk always does the trick...

And so does some retail therapy....
I also pop in Gossip Girl dvds and veg out on the couch. For some reason that show cheers me up!

And a (big) glass of wine doesn't hurt! (I'm drinking Marion - a blend of blackberry and grape wine - from Nashoba Valley Winery)

Now it's time for bed. A good night's sleep always makes me feel better too!
How do you cheer yourself up??
Here's to a better one tomorrow! xoxo
