The start of 2011 means a big thing to me - it's the year of my wedding! Which also means that the start of 2011 means the beginning of my wedding diet! Anyone have any helpful diet advice?? I'm the worst dieter as I go out for dinner at least twice a week, snack constantly at work, have a frightening affinity for french fries, and always say yes to the second glass of wine. It's gonna be tough for me. But I do recognize the need for small indulgences and just discovered these:
100 Calorie Chocolate bars from
Dylan's Candy Bar!! They are available in a 5 pack (one for each day of the work week!) and in Almond Dark Chocolate, Caramel Milk Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, and Espresso Dark Chocolate. How cute are the brightly colored packages??
Happy Indulging!!
Yum! I'll have to check these out!
ReplyDeleteThose are so cute! My best advice is chew gum instead of snacking! Good luck with the diet!
ReplyDeleteI need the almond dark chocolate in my life!
ReplyDeleteOoo, I did some Christmas shopping @ Dylan's Candy Bar (online), & it was just heavenly to peruse all their delicious offerings. I highly recommend modifying the Weight Watchers plan to suit your own needs. I am not somebody that can "give up" anything that I love (cheese, chocolate, wine, etc.). WW works for me bc it essentially boils down to...some days I can just eat a big fat sundae instead of supper if that's what I want to do. & it's still w/in their plan!
ReplyDeleteI used WW to lose weight after too much sorority girl partying & then again to lose weight after I had my first child. Works to lose the weight, & then my brain sort of gets into a routine of keeping the weight off by using the same tricks if the scale slips back up at all! Oh, & definitely figure out what form of exercise you LOVE, & stick w/ it! Good luck!
These sound delish and I even like the packaging!
ReplyDeleteYay for the year of the wedding! WW is a good plan and it works. I don't know much about the new PointsPlus system though.
OOh these sounds perfect! I want to try them on my next NY visit!
ReplyDeleteThose are so cute! They look delicious and just enough sweetness to cut the craving!
ReplyDeletesmall portions really work for me.
