8-10 mint leaves
1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz. Depaz Cane Syrup
1 3/4 oz. Depaz Blue Cane Amber Rhum
Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. The cranberries turn the cocktail red as they break open during the shaking. Strain the contents into a tall highball glass that contains ice. Drop in a few whole cranberries. Garnish with a mint sprig and coat the top of the mint sprig with powdered sugar (snow!!!). ENJOY!
